I read something on a church billboard on my way to work today that really struck me:
"ENCOURAGEMENT IS THE OXYGEN OF THE SOUL"
Keep that in mind. Both when it comes to others; and when it comes to yourself. Encourage others regardless of where they are on their journey. And embrace the encouragement and support you receive from others. USE it.
The discouragement, on the other hand? The people who don't understand your journey; the people in your life who belittle your efforts or ignore them altogether? It's not for them to understand, and it's not THEIR journey.
Surround yourself with those who lift you UP. They are the air that you breath.
