I Have A SECRET (or two)

"What works for one person might not work for another person." How many times have you heard that phrase? Once? Twice? Three Gazillion?

Well, I disagree. Feel free to disagree with my disagreement. I will argue that WHAT HAS ALWAYS WORKED FOR MOST, still works for most.

Here are the TOP SECRET secrets to a lean, muscular physique. Just between you and me, of course.

  • Lift heavy (you should usually feel like "Oh, my lort, I wanna die! This burns so badly!")

  • Use all variations of cardio (HIIT, weight circuits, MISS, LISS, Tabata) as a TOOL (for heart health and when your goal is fat loss/cutting)

  • Stay active: find new hiking trails, take up mountain biking, pick up branches in your yard (oh, is that just me?), park as far away from the entrance as you can (an oldie, but goodie!), drink water constantly, so that you're often having to walk to the furthest bathroom you can get the gist. MOVE.

  • Eat at least 1g of protein per pound of body weight EVERY day

  • Take creatine

  • Learn how to eat for your goals (cut/bulk/maintenance)

There you have it. Take that shit to the bank, baby!
